About Us

I'm Steve, founder of Strivium.

And Strivium is a manifestation of everything I've been building toward.

There are many reasons behind why Strivium exists, but at the simplest level, this is what happens when years of experience, countless projects, lessons, mistakes, ideas and a genuine love for this work finally become something of their own.

I've been helping business owners for the past five years.

And one thing I've always tried to do is learn from every project I've ever worked on. Not just finish it. Learn from it.

Difference isn't spoken. It isn't announced. It's noticed.

This has always been me. Even when I started alone.

I've had clients come to me with trust issues, sometimes almost expecting another person who would tell them everything they wanted to hear.

Then we started working. They asked questions. I asked questions.

We talked about their business. And eventually, something changed. They noticed the difference.

I've had CEOs I've worked with tell me how difficult the space can be. Too many people are focused on getting paid.

Too many experts are focused on proving they're experts.

Too many businesses are left trying to figure out whether the person they're trusting actually understands what they're doing.

I understand why.

I've seen it myself.

I've always believed the relationship comes before the transaction.

Over the years, I've maintained a 92% client retention rate. But the number itself isn't what means the most to me. It's why those clients stayed. They became comfortable enough to tell me more about their businesses. Things they didn't originally mention. Problems they hadn't even realized were connected. Ideas they weren't sure how to explain. Because somewhere along the way, they realized: I actually care about what happens to their business. And that changes the kind of work you can do together.

This isn't something I learnt somewhere. Nobody handed me a formula for it. As saturated as this space is, I've had to find my own way through it. Every project taught me something. Every difficult project added another layer to my experience. Every business came with a different problem. And eventually, those experiences changed how I approach the next one.

That's what gave me the ability to walk into projects where clients had already struggled to find someone who could handle what they needed. Not because I'm the smartest person in the room. Because I think deeply about the problem. I pay attention. I question things. I look for what isn't immediately obvious. And I keep working until I understand what I'm actually looking at.

Hard work beats talent. Hard work and talent together are a crazy combination. But there's something I value even more. Keeping it real. Real people are rare. Everyone can call themselves an expert when there's money attached to the title. And of course, nobody is expected to work for free. That's not the point. The point is what happens when money becomes the only reason you care about the work. Because being genuinely willing to help, with the right intention behind it... That's something money cannot buy. And honestly, it's one of the hardest things to find in this space.

Some clients became more than clients. I've had the opportunity to work with great people across different parts of the world. Some of them have encouraged me in ways they probably don't even realize. I've heard: "Steve, if you can continue like this, you'll go very far in life."

I've carried those words with me. Not because I think I've already arrived. But because they remind me to keep being myself. I've even had people take advantage of that willingness to help. I still didn't stop. Because I don't want other people's actions to change the kind of person I choose to be.

I'm not the best in the tech space. And I'm completely comfortable saying that. My goal has never been to walk around saying I'm the best. My goal is to become the best version of myself. In life. And in business. That's the standard I set for myself. And that's part of why Strivium had to exist.

100+ businesses changed the way I think.

I've helped more than 100 businesses with systems, digital infrastructure and the things that sit behind how their businesses operate. Those projects gave me something no course, certificate or title could give me:

experience. Real problems. Real businesses. Real people. Real consequences. And every one of those experiences became part of how I think today. That's the real source of the skill I bring to Strivium.

Strivium wasn't random. It took time. Plans on plans. Ideas that changed. Ideas that came back. More thinking. More planning. More questioning. Until eventually, I had something I genuinely wanted to build. I love what I do. And I do what I love. The journey hasn't exactly been a straight line. It's been a helter-skelter. But I've learnt something along the way: Nothing great comes easy.

Once again, I'm Steve. This is Strivium. And we're just getting started.

If the way I think makes sense to you, let's talk.

Before you decide anything.

There are probably a few things you're still thinking about.

Let's answer them properly.

I already have a website. Why would I need another one?

Maybe you don't.

A new website isn't always the answer.

Sometimes your website isn't the problem at all.

Sometimes it's the way people experience your business.

That's why we'd rather understand your business first than convince you to rebuild something that doesn't need rebuilding.

My business is already doing well. Can Strivium still help?

Doing well doesn't mean you've reached your full potential.

Some of the best businesses we've seen weren't looking for a complete restart.

They were looking for the few improvements that quietly make everything else work better.

What if I don't even know what my business needs?

That's completely normal.

Most business owners know something feels off.

Very few know exactly where it's coming from.

That's one of the reasons conversations exist.

Not to sell you something.

To help you see your business from a different perspective.

Do you only build websites?

No.

A website is only one part of how a business grows.

Sometimes it's the right place to start.

Sometimes it isn't.

Our job isn't to push one solution.

It's to help you find the right one.

How do you know what's right for my business?

We don't.

Not immediately.

And anyone who tells you they do before understanding your business is making assumptions.

That's why we ask questions first.

Good decisions begin with good understanding.

What if we decide not to work together?

That's okay.

If our conversation helps you understand your business better...

It was still a valuable conversation.

Not every conversation has to become a project.

What if we're not ready yet?

Then don't rush it.

The wrong decision made today is usually more expensive than the right decision made later.

Take your time.

Keep asking questions.

Keep understanding your business.

And if the day comes when you feel ready...

We'll still be here.
